An email or a phone call consultation (10 mins) to determine your requirements and direct you to the most appropriate service. Please specify all your health concerns and requirements on our contact form . If you would like to proceed directly to making an appointment just specify this on the contact form with your preferred time and contact details.

A half hour appointment is the most commonly booked appointment. We are able to complete a detailed history about your problem and take details of any past medical problems. This appointment will include a targeted examination .We are able to provide a management plan and provide any prescriptions required.

Please note if you require further investigation or an onward referral we can organise these on your behalf. The Beacon Park hospital set the fees for investigations if undertaken privately.

An hour consultation which is more detailed than a 30 minute consultation and can be booked where there is a complex problem or multiple problems that need to be discussed. This includes all the same support and services of a 30 minute consultation but you have the added benefit of our time and the ability to review multiple issues at one appointment .Please do let us know at the time of booking if you require the additional time and we will ensure this is allocated.

An hour long consultation to uncover the health challenges you are facing. Many health problems and conditions we suffer from can be related to our lifestyle. As a member of the BSLM (British Society of Lifestyle Medicine) Dr Daniel is a firm believer of the four pillars of health being the cornerstones of all our long term health goals. We will cover all aspects of your health and lifestyle and aim to provide you with an achievable plan to achieve your health goals.

An all-round routine health check-up.
This includes:

• Blood pressure.
• Blood tests (at additional cost).
• A full physical examination to include breast and prostate examination.

We are able to focus on any aspects of your health you would like to discuss. We can also provide certificates for:

• Taxi medicals.
• HGV Medicals.
• Fostering and adoption medicals.
• Onward referral to specialist services if necessary.
