Dr Rebecca Daniel has 20 years experience as a doctor and 13 years experience as a NHS GP. She is a member of Royal College of General Practice (MRCGP), the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM, a Diploma from Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCPOG), and has a Diploma in Sexual Health. In her free time she enjoys hot yoga sessions, working out at the gym, walks with her dogs, and quality time with her family. She is hoping to undertake yoga teacher training in the future when she can get the time! Dr Daniel is a firm believer in a holistic approach to health and the significant impact of nutrition and lifestyle.
