DR. REBECCA DANIEL: PRIVATE GP IN STAFFORD

Dr. Rebecca Daniel has 20 years of experience as a doctor, including 13 years as an NHS GP. She is a member of the Royal College of General Practice (MRCGP), the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM), holds a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCPOG), and has a Diploma in Sexual Health.

Dr. Daniel studied at the highly regarded Sri Ramachandra Medical College and University Hospital in India, graduating in 2003. She began her GP training in the UK and graduated as a GP in 2011. She is currently a salaried and Locum NHS GP in Staffordshire, where she has made her home since 2006. Dr. Daniel has also worked as a partner in the Stafford area for several years, gaining extensive experience in managing a wide range of medical issues, including palliative medicine during her time as a medical officer at Douglas McMillan Hospice in Stoke-on-Trent.

Dr. Daniel has a strong interest in the holistic management of her patients, which motivated her to pursue the BSLM Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine in 2018. She continues to expand her knowledge in this field, reinforcing her belief that optimising health requires addressing the root causes of disease. She is deeply passionate about healthy ageing, emphasising that it's not just the number of years lived that matters, but the quality of those years.

Apart from her medical pursuits, Dr. Daniel is an enthusiastic cook with a keen interest in nutrition, exercise, yoga, and, more recently, weight training.
